Corporate Social Investment

Robor Corporate Social Investment

In terms of our other empowerment initiatives, we have a significant number of senior black managers throughout the group and a staff complement that reflects the country's diverse demographic profile. Accelerated training and development of our young leaders helps us to create tomorrow's leaders.

Our support of socio-economic development programmes are directed at developing and empowering previously disadvantaged groups. Robor has actively engaged with the communities within which it is located, to invest in educational initiatives, as well as empowering projects for rural women to become self- sufficient. We are especially proud of our drive to sponsor children from disadvantaged communities to attend better secondary schools with the assistance of a generous bursary scheme.
