Cold Formed Steel Sections Robor Open Sections operates a comprehensive range of universal roll forming mills capable of manufacturing light, medium and heavy profiles of both standard and special sections in thicknesses ranging from 0.45mm to 6.0mm. Large stockholdings of popular standard profiles enable short lead times, while special profiles are available on request.  The company’s capabilities and expertise extend across all industries. Robor Open Sections offers a single source for all cold formed steel section solutions. Additional value-adding services include:

• Cutting-to-length – individual products or full bundles cut to the required length to within tolerances of ±1mm.  

• Punching – to suit all customer requirements underpinned by state of the art quick change mill with in line punching facilities.   

• Painting – On-site facilities provide all required primer coat finishes of the highest quality. Facilities comply with legislated environmental standards.  

• Hot Dip Galvanizing – products can be hot dipped galvanized by our sister division, and leading galvanizer in the country, Robor Galvanizers.
