Manufactured by Robor Tube, the range of hot rolled steel tube and pipe includes mechanical, structural, and longitudinally welded conveyance pipe. The range is produced at a leading edge manufacturing facility using the latest product and paint coating technology.

Product Range

All products are manufactured in accordance with South African SABS / SANS and international ISO, EN, ASTM, DIN and BS standards.

Structural and Mechanical Tube

The available size range is as follows:

Uncoated, oiled, painted and hot dip galvanizing options are available. Structural tube is available in steel grades S235, S275 and S355.

Conveyance Pipe

Conveyance pipe is manufactured in a range of sizes from 15NB to 200NB (½ “ to 8”). These pipes can be supplied plain ended, beveled, threaded and socketed. Surface finish options include uncoated, painted and hot dip galvanized.

In addition to conventionally finished pipe, Robor Tube introduced the unique TOSA Flared and Threaded Pipe. Available in a size range of 15NB to 50NB, this patented design is flared and internally threaded on one end and externally threaded on the other end, eliminating the need for a socket coupling. TOSA Flared and Threaded Pipe is ideally for use in small diameter pressurised water reticulation systems in the fire protection and air conditioning markets.
