Robor Tube – Hot Rolled Steel Tube and Pipe

This division offers a range of SABS approved conveyance pipe manufactured from quality material.

Robor Precision Tube – Cold Rolled Tube and Pipe

Robor Precision Tube manufactures austenitic schedule piping for use in petrochemical applications, especially high pressure conveyance. Main production processes include welding, heat treating, pickling and passivating. Products are manufactured in accordance with A312 material grade specifications.

Robor Galvanizers – Hot Dip Galvanizing

Line 1 is the longest kettle in South Africa. The line is a general open dip facility that specialises in the galvanizing of long products, such as large bore piping, lighting poles, structural steel and fabricated sections.

The division’s overhead crane capability, together with the use of nylon slings, ensures that it can handle all long products in an efficient manner to ensure ease of off- and on- loading.
