ISO/TS 1649:2002 accredited. The division is housed on Robor’s
Elandsfontein site in order to ensure utmost efficiency and streamlined
production.

The stainless steel range is available in sizes from 12.7mm to 104mm and
up to 700mm in spiral weld, with other sizes available on request. These
items can be used in a number of industries and applications:
Heat
exchangers:
Available in custom made sizes to suit customer specifications, these
products are manufactured from austenitic tube through the processes of
welding, bead rolling, heat treating, pickling and passivating.
Food
and Beverage Processing:
Stainless steel is ideal for use in industries where hygiene standards
are stringent, such as sugar mills and dairies.
Available in sizes 18mm to 104mm, this range is manufactured from
austenitic stainless steel and is perfectly suited to low pressure
conveyance applications.
Automotive:
Robor Precision Tube focuses on quality, flexible and cost-effective
products for the automotive industry. ISO/TS 16949:2002 accredited, the
product range includes exhaust components, catalytic converter shells,
roll bars, tail pieces, grills and side skirting.
The range is manufactured from various grades of material, including
304, 309, 409, with other options available on request. The products are
offered in sizes from 12.7mm to 104mm, with other sizes available on
request.
Architectural,
Building and Construction:
Manufactured from a range of austenitic and ferritic stainless steel,
this range is
available in sizes from 12.7mm to 101mm, and can be
utilised in various
ornamental applications such as hand rails,
balustrades, awnings, etc.
The main production processes include welding
and external polishing.
Petrochemical:
A range of austenitic stainless steel schedule piping is manufactured
for use in this industry. Available in a range of sizes, available on
request, the range is ideal for high pressure conveyance. The main
production processes include welding, heat treating, pickling and
passivating.
Spiral:
This range is perfectly suited to conveyance and other structural
applications.
Manufactured in 3CR12 material grade, it is available in
sizes up to 700mm in
spiral weld with other sizes catered for on
request.
